Haotide+ (1+3) helps layers maintain a better health condition

【Present situation】

Status 1: The price of raw materials has risen sharply, especially corn and soybean meal, which has increased the cost of layers feed by at least ¥ 500/ ton. Per kilo egg cost has increased at least ¥1.2-1.6 to ¥7.5/kg.

Status 2: Now that market price is determined by the egg supply, overcapacity has caused the egg price to fall and fluctuate. In the year of 2020, the general egg price is ¥ 6.6-7.5/kg. While, it is estimated that the egg price will remain low in 2021.


【Analysis】

In facing of the two major dilemmas of increased costs and reduced income, there are only two ways to increase benefit:

Way 1: Control feed costs. The most common way is to purchase raw material for reserves before price increase and use lower price by-products to reduce formula costs. However, excessively use by-products will have a negative impact on the laying performance and egg quality.

Way 2: Increase output to make up for rising cost. Only by increasing the total eggs laid (by number and weight) and quality of egg can increase the output to radically defuse the cost problem.


【Solution】

1. The standard large-scale farm would improve laying performance and egg quality by optimizing feed nutrition when in a certain breed and management.

2. The functional nutrition is the main focus of layer feed: the basic nutrition of layer is in a relatively standard level (the current nutritional standard parameters is formed based on the breed and daily feed intake, in this case the raw material quality control and its nutritional parameters seems to be more important). Thus, to play its best performance, it is very important to make up for the physiological deficiencies of layers at each stage by using functional nutrition.

3. Laying the foundation at the pullet stage and maintaining health at the laying stage is the core of functional nutrition:

Remarks: 127 eggs are randomly selected for color grading and proportion calculation.

Eggshell color grading requirements: level 1 is pink-shelled eggs with uniform size; level 2 is color between pink and white color; level 3 is in little white color; level 4 is in white and has poor gloss.

Density grading requirements: Qualified density means that the eggs are uniform and bright without black spots; unqualified density means that there are black spots after the eggs are illuminated.
